Pre Sale Questions
Depend on your address, USA domestic can be 3-5 business days. While international can be 7-14 days.

Yes, we do.
We’ll accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused, with the original tags still intact. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one.
We put quality over quantity. So each batch production, there are limited quantity. The cards then go through careful inspection and ship to USA from Vietnam.
Yes, we do. Free Shipping will be automatically applied for orders over $20.
Yes, we do. We offer license plate and greeting message personalization.
Unfortunately, due to cost, at this time we are unable to personalized each card with different color (beside the 5 colors offered).
Yes, we can. Simply put your friends/family address as shipping address. We can also print your greeting message.
